Enrolment Application Procedures

This application form allows families to enrol online and pay the non-refundable application fee of $50 per enrolment.

This form should take you approximately 30 minutes to complete providing you have all supporting information at hand.

Before you start the application, please ensure that you have the following ready.

Your Child’s last two end of semester school reports
Your Child’s Birth Certificate or Passport
Your Child’s Baptismal and Sacramental Certificates (if applicable)
Your Child’s most recent NAPLAN results (if applicable)
Your Child’s most recent Immunisation Certificate
Evidence of Australian Citizenship (if born overseas)
Copy of Visa (if applicable)
Any official documentation relating to custody or guardianship (if applicable)
Any specialist assessment reports (if applicable)

Interview

Your application is reviewed by the Enrolment Officer and an interview will be requested

Application Accepted

Once your application has been accepted a Letter of Offer & Acceptance will be sent to you, including a request for payment of the acceptance fee. This acceptance must be signed & returned prior to the student being admitted to the college
